Leland is a SW Iowa native who gained his admiration for homes while working for a local arborist in high school. He wasted no time and obtained his real estate license at the age of 20 and has since helped our buyers in SW Iowa. Leland’s mindful nature has served his clients well since and he is quickly becoming the Realtor of choice in his hometown of Avoca and surrounding areas.  In his spare time, Leland enjoys training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu because of the mental focus, skill and discipline required to succeed.
